The Pressure Cooker

Masculinity is a force of nature, literally.  Not unlike femininity, greed, lust, the human desire to worship, or gravity, it can’t be killed.  No matter how hard you try, you will never get rid of the number five.

That’s not to say that some of us won’t try.

We in the Manosphere understand this.  It makes perfect sense to us how the rise of feminism led to men who think of women as little more than life support systems for pussies, how Girl Power gave us rappers who brag about smacking up their hos and PUA’s with notch counts that would make Casanova blush.

If we compare masculinity to water sprayed from a hose, even though the thumb of feminism covers part of the hole, as much water exits as ever.  The only difference is that it’s more concentrated and far more intense.

In a society, this leads to men on the fringes who spray fast and hard, perhaps with bullets, perhaps with other substances from their very own hoses.  In individuals, it leads to Dylan and Klebold, Adam Lanza.  The thumb held them back for ages, but when they came out, it was with enough force to demolish the entire garden.

Do feminists want to eliminate masculinity in its entirety?  Some do, some don’t.  The more radical among them want it gone, Gone, GONE; others merely wish to keep it under control, their thumb placed perfectly to direct the spray exactly where they want it.

Each presents its own danger, and I’m not sure which is worse.

An example of the latter form of feminism is that found in Sweden, the gender-equalist paradise.  This is one of those countries that tries to keep the entire masculine instinct under its thumb, but of course they fail.  Somali immigrants may sleep through the diversity training in their classrooms, they might throw stuff at the teacher, but you can bet your bottom dollar that absolutely none of it sinks in.

So they riot, but Sweden finds that it’s been just a bit too successful at denigrating the masculine instincts of the native Swedes who need them most, their police.  FriaTider (h/t Gateway Pundit, emphasis mine):

STOCKHOLM. Faced by another night of terror at the hands of predominantly immigrant rioters, Swedes grown tired of the police’s inability to put an end to the unrest took to the streets Friday night to defend their neighborhoods.

The vigilantes were described as a motley crew of homeowners and concerned citizens, as well as neo-Nazi activists and football hooligans.

In the Stockholm suburb of Tumba the police decided to abandon their earlier non-intervention policy as a large group of police officers rounded up and dispersed a group of vigilantes trying to fend off rioters.

The decision to round up vigilantes while, according to Stockholm Chief of Police Mats Löfving, ”doing as little as possible” to stop rioters, met with a wave of protests in various social media and on the Internet. Representatives of some vigilante groups contacted Fria Tider to give their view of last night’s events.

– The number of police officers on the streets is simply staggering. The police appear to have focused all their resources on stopping the Swedes,Fredrik Becklin, spokesman for the nationalist youth organization Nordisk Ungdom (Nordic Youth), said Friday night.

– It makes me sick to see the police clamp down on us Swedes with full force and without warning, using nightsticks and tear gas, while they don’t do a damn thing about the immigrants. We are only trying to help maintain order, while the immigrants set cars and buildings on fire, said a young man who wished to remain anonymous.

The police, however, rejected the accusations as unfounded.

– The police talked to them and checked ID on a few, two of them were removed from the scene, they were not arrested but ”removed” as we call it, police spokeswoman Tove Hägg said to Fria Tider late Friday night.

Although it’s up for debate whether or not the Swedish police are focusing as much of their attention on the vigilantes as the rioters, it’s not up for debate whether or not they were doing enough to quell the riots.  The damn things were still going on, which means its wasn’t enough.

But fear not!  In certain respects the authorities continued to do their jobs admirably:

For the past week, immigrant youths rioted in Sweden. Riots that included the breaking of windows, rock-throwing at police, destruction of property and burning of cars. Swedish police tell the Associated Press that some 220 crimes were reported to them during the violent rampage.

But instead of cracking down on the perpetrators, authorities were busy issuing parking tickets on cars that were burned by the rioters. The conservative Swedish news site Fria Tider reports that owners of some cars destroyed in the riots were fined for parking illegally, while the Swedish police force described a low-key approach to the rioters themselves. Its reporter caught a parking enforcer in the act of issuing a ticket, and shot a photo, published above the headline “Parking Tickets Issued on Wrecks While Stockholm Burns.”

Swedish parking laws, however, continue to be rigidly enforced despite the increasingly chaotic situation. Early Wednesday, while documenting the destruction after a night of rioting in the Stockholm suburb of Alby, a reporter from Fria Tider observed a parking enforcement officer writing a ticket for a burnt-out Ford.

When questioned, the officer explained that the ticket was issued because the vehicle lacked a tag showing its time of arrival. The fact that the vehicle had been effectively destroyed – its windshield smashed and the interior heavily damaged by fire – was irrelevant according to the meter maid, who asked Fria Tider’s photographer to destroy the photos he had taken. Her employer, the parking company P-service, refused to comment when Fria Tider contacted them on Wednesday afternoon.

This is what happens when we turn our men into eunuchs.  Betas (the police) are naturally cowed by alphas (the rioters) and will refuse to adequately confront them.  However, they still have some self-respect (if you can call it that).  That means they’ll enforce the rules against other betas instead (for a perfect example of this, observe how viciously GOP presidential candidates will go after each other in the primary and contrast it with the comparatively kind and gentle campaigns they wage in the general election).

Another example is in London after the slaughter of the British soldier, in broad daylight:

As grotesque as this act of savagery was, the aftermath was even more unsettling. The perpetrators did not, as the Tsarnaev brothers did in Boston, attempt to escape. Instead, they held court in the street gloating over their trophy, and flagged down a London bus to demand the passengers record their triumph on film. As the crowd of bystanders swelled, the remarkably urbane savages posed for photographs with the remains of their victim while discoursing on the iniquities of Britain toward the Muslim world. Having killed Drummer Rigby, they were killing time: It took 20 minutes for the somnolent British constabulary to show up. And so television viewers were treated to the spectacle of a young man, speaking in the vowels of south London, chatting calmly with his “fellow Britons” about his geopolitical grievances and apologizing to the ladies present for any discomfort his beheading of Drummer Rigby might have caused them, all while drenched in blood and still wielding his cleaver.

So if you decided to kill one of your nation’s finest with a meat cleaver in the midst of a crowd, get caught if (and apparently only if) you feel like it.  Post something offensive on Twitter, however… (h/t Powerline)

Such is life in a nation with a police force of betas.

But what of the other option?  What if we don’t necessarily eliminate masculinity (among our native population, never mind any immigrants), what if we just control it?  After all, in America it’s okay to be alpha if you’re liberal like Bill Clinton or help Obama get re-elected like SEAL Team Six.

Correct.  In America we haven’t explicitly rejected the use of force.  If we have riots, we crush them.  Wonderful.

The Department of Education also has a SWAT team.

Here in America, they don’t dislike alpha, they just don’t want you to be alpha.  There are certain people over here that have no problem whatsoever doing whatever the hell it wants with you if they can get away with it.  Get a load of some of these executive orders.

When the average male is emasculated, cut down, we will have much to fear.  Either the guys who never got the message about the evils of aggression will cut you down in the streets as the beta police stand idly by, or it will be the police who cut you down themselves.  So far, our country is relatively free, but do you trust all those eunuchs you see walking around every day to help you defend your freedom?

I sure as hell don’t.

One of the biggest differences between healthy and unhealthy societies is the autonomy afforded the men within it.  In a healthy society, even if a man isn’t particularly respected at work, things are set up in such a way that he has the opportunity to breed.  His home is his castle, and his staff rests in the shotgun rack above the fireplace.

These are the societies in which nobody has to be told to “man up” because they’re already men.  Having a family doesn’t put him at risk of financial ruin, his children don’t belong the the state, he can do what he wants with his property without the EPA having to approve every little improvement.

And if he has to interact with the police, they’re working with him, not preventing him from protecting himself.

Even the men who feel exploited still have masculine instincts, although they may lie dormant.  At some point, he will say “enough!”

When he does, will he join the skinheads patrolling the streets of Stockholm, hoping to become a cog that feels important in the perfect “Alpha Socialist” regime?

Will he get mowed down by the thugs in his midst, whether or not they have badges?

Or will he find a way to reject the psychological, sexual, sociological and legal traps we’ve set for him and become the man he was meant to be?
